Jennifer McMullen & Whoa Mule Quartet in Concert – Mountain View Meeting Place

March 8, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Two great performers for the price of one!

Whoa Mule quartet features the comedy antics and old time tunes of some of Mountain Views favorite musicians. Danny Thomas, JC Bonds, Roger Fountain, and fill-in bass player Chris Smith will entertain you with hilarious stories and songs.

Singer, guitarist, and songwriter Jennifer McMullen loves making music of all kinds. With a rich, melodic alto voice, her sound is often soothing yet always compelling. Jennifer’s versatility as an artist is reflected by her work as a lead singer with the Port City Big Band, as a backing vocalist for Percy Sledge, and as a featured performer at diverse venues such as Shreveport House Concerts and the Maytag Opry. Jennifer’s musical interests gravitate toward pop ballads, classic country and folk tunes, and hymns and praise songs. As a child who first learned four part harmony by singing along in church, Jennifer uses those early experiences on her most recent Christian CD project, God from A to Z, on which she sings the entire album a cappella showcasing her own arrangements and harmonies. In addition to songwriting and performing, Jennifer is an educator for musically talented students throughout Caddo Parish in the Shreveport, Louisiana area. Broadcasting is also within Jennifer’s realm as she hosts the monthly radio program In the Spotlight with Jody Miller for Baltimore Net Radio. Her passions include loving people, sharing music, and following Jesus. Jennifer is dedicated to using her God-given communication gifts to enrich and uplift the lives of others.

Tickets are only $12 at the door.

Popcorn, bottled water, and bottled soft drinks available for purchase.
